The Repair Series, Book One · MultiGen Mindset Institute
Most marriages do not end in a fight. They go quiet. Sixty days, one page a day, for the man who wants to change the only half of it he was ever able to move.
Delivered immediately after checkout. Bookmarked PDF — read it on a phone or tablet, or print it and write in it.

Who it’s for
Two competent people coordinate the calendar, the money, the children and the repairs, and slowly stop saying anything to each other that could not have been sent by text.
Nobody is unhappy in a way that would come up at a barbecue. Then one evening the traffic drops — the children get older, the work settles — and there is nothing left in the channel.
If you recognise that house, this book was written for you. It is not for the man who wants a script for his wife. There isn’t one in here.
The spine
Every day stands on one of them. You score all four before Day 1 and again on Day 60, so you finish with a measurement instead of a mood.
Turning toward rather than away, in the moments nobody counts. Marriages are rarely lost in the arguments. They are lost in the thousand small approaches that went unanswered.
Being able to be wrong, tired or unimpressive without being punished for it. The absence of contempt. This is the load-bearing wall.
Not whether you rupture — every marriage does — but how fast you close it. The difference between the marriages that hold and the ones that quietly do not is measured in hours.
Wanting and being wanted. Not the same as closeness, not produced by more closeness, and not solved by being more helpful.
The structure
Part One · Days 1–20
Recognition only — nothing changes in the house for twenty days. The room you both stopped entering. The scoreboard you keep without admitting it. The case you have been building, and the three examples you already have ready.
Part Two · Days 21–40
The hard middle. What you did, what you simply stopped doing, what you withhold and what you are quietly collecting on. Never hers — that rule is the design of the book. Three Steady Days are built into the worst of it.
Part Three · Days 41–60
Mechanics. Turning toward. Repair attempts and how fast you come back. Listening without fixing. Desire rebuilt from conditions rather than negotiated. The fights that will never be solved, and how to hold them anyway.
Anatomy of a day
Fifteen minutes. The reading is short on purpose; the writing is where it happens.
One page. Two or three minutes.
One question, with ruled space to answer it properly.
One small act, under ten minutes, private.
One line: what surfaced, and how it sat. Sixty of them become the record you read back on the last day.
The rule the book is built on
A man working a marriage book is tempted every single day to use it on his wife — to arrive at dinner with new vocabulary for what she is doing wrong. This one is built to close that door.
Every practice is small, private, and unremarkable from the outside. If she notices something has changed, let her notice. That is the only announcement this book permits.
Said plainly
It says so on its own page, before Day 1, rather than implying it for two hundred pages and quietly withdrawing at the end.
A marriage is two people and you are one. You can change your half completely and it can still end. What sixty days can do is make you accurate about what actually happened, hand back the part that was always yours, and leave you a better man in a marriage that may or may not survive — which is worth doing on its own terms, because you are going to be this man in whatever comes next.
If there is fear in your house — if either of you is frightened of the other, or there is violence or control — a workbook is not the right tool. In the United States: National Domestic Violence Hotline, 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.

Day One
Start with the building. Not the marriage — the building. Walk through your house in your head. Where do you sit in the evening? Where does she sit? Are those two places in the same room — and if they are, when did you last both be in it without a screen on?
Now find the room nobody goes in any more. Most houses have one. A dining room used twice a year. A porch that had chairs on it. Somewhere the two of you used to end up without planning it, that you now walk past.
Rooms go quiet before people do. That is the useful thing about starting here — a house is honest in a way that a man describing his marriage is not. You cannot spin a floor plan.
So: which room, and roughly when. Not why. Do not build the explanation yet — because the explanation is where the case against her lives, and you have nineteen days before you are allowed anywhere near it.
Most men can answer this faster than they expect to, and are surprised by how much it bothers them. That surprise is worth something.
It means there is still something in there to work with — which is not true of every man who picks up a book like this one.
Sixty days from now you will have looked at all of it. Today you are just standing in the doorway of one room.
This is where the free sample ends
The full workbook walks you — privately, one day at a time — through Attention, Safety, Repair, and Desire, working the one half of the marriage that is actually yours. A self-guided workbook, not couples therapy.
