Description
You hold your temper perfectly with your boss, the officer, the man twice your size. Then you get home, and the same anger goes off over a tenth of the cause. That is not a man who cannot help it. That is a man who has quietly decided where it is safe to lose it — and the people who love you are paying for that decision.
The Anger Workbook for Men is 60 days of small, private work that turns a man who is run by his temper into a man who runs it. Not a book you read — a book you fill in, and the filling in is the point. One reading, one question, one small practice a day.
- Part One — See. Twenty days looking honestly at your anger. You change nothing; you learn your triggers, your body’s warnings, and the fact that you already control it where the cost is high.
- Part Two — The Root. Anger is a second emotion. Twenty days on the hurt, fear, shame, and powerlessness it has been guarding — and the boy who learned it was the only safe thing to feel.
- Part Three — Command. The mechanics. The pause, the body, the checked story, the honourable exit, and the fast un-defended repair. Small, repeatable, mostly invisible.
Nothing in these 60 days is announced. You are never asked to confront anyone, tell anyone you are doing this, or hand a soul a page. If the house gets quieter, let them notice — that is the only announcement the book permits.
136 pages. Instant PDF download. A safety-first book: if anger has crossed into harm, its opening page points to real help, not another page.
